Returns & exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Contact us first
Email or use the form above with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid label within one working day.
Pack and post
Repack the item in its original packaging if possible. Attach the prepaid label and drop it at any Royal Mail post office or collection point.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
